Our 6 step process
Meeting with the customer
The first step is to make you familiar with the concept of Temp to Hire and to explain the unique advantages. We listen to the customers needs and provide a tailor made solution. During this meeting we ask certain questions and request a tour of the company to get a feel for the company culture. We carefully go over the business agreement and the price. We recruit to match both by skill set and company culture. That way, you can count on a long term employee.
Price Agreement & Confirmation
After our first visit, we will provide you with a “tailor made” price. The pricing is all inclusive (advertising, recruiting, interviewing, drug test, background check, payrolling, workers comp., general liability insurance, etc). On top of that, we exclusively work according the “First Cure, Then Pay” formula. This means that you only pay us when we have successfully placed the candidate in the job, and you only pay for the effective hours performed. A price agreement and an order confirmation gets signed.
Of course there is a lot more to recruiting than just inviting people to a job interview. As a Staffing Company with a focus on Temp to Hire and the strategic recruitment and advertising techniques we use, we usually get higher quality skilled people through our doors. All of the candidates are screened properly and are matched with our customers both by skill set and company culture. Our mission is only a success when the candidate gets hired on after 105 days on our payroll.
Start of the Candidate(s)
To ensure a good start of the job, communication is key! We make sure that the candidate is aware of the place to be, the time to start and the person to report to. In many cases, a representative of Absolute Solutions will be there at the start-up of the candidate to make sure everything runs smoothly. This to ensure clear communication between you, our customer and our qualified people.
Evolution interviews and follow up
As mentioned, communication is key in the people business. Therefore, follow up is as important as the initial setup. We will conduct evolution interviews with our people as well as follow up conversations with our customers to ensure a smooth cooperation for the entire duration of the temp to hire period. This can occur on a weekly or as needed basis.
Confirmation of hours and invoicing
Each person will appear separately on the invoice according to the agreed price per hour. Every Friday, our people will have their timesheet signed by a responsible party in the company. Based on the agreed hours, we will invoice. We take care of all payroll, insurances, admin, etc
